Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant at MVC Communications in Lagos. As we continue to grow, we need a versatile, self-motivated Executive Assistant to help us streamline operations and support our leadership team. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, managing schedules, assisting in communication, and performing clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the founders and executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling communications.
- Assist with business strategy and planning, and contribute ideas to improve company processes.
- Manage basic financials, track expenses, and assist in budget monitoring.
- Support project management across various departments, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
- Draft and review business documents, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, team members, and external partners.
- Assist with market research and operational improvements as needed.
- Help keep the office organized and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with basic office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools like Trello or Asana).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, “get things done” attitude with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to think critically and contribute to solving business challenges.
- Basic knowledge of business operations and financial management is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team with a startup mentality.
