Role Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Fintech Mobile App Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications that provide innovative financial services to our users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create secure, user-friendly, and high-performing mobile applications, while adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms that deliver secure and seamless fintech experiences.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to integrate APIs, third-party services, and payment gateways into mobile applications.
• Optimization: Ensure the apps are optimized for speed, performance, and scalability across various devices and screen sizes.
• Security: Implement and maintain industry-standard security practices to protect user data, financial transactions, and sensitive information.
• Bug Fixing & Updates: Identify and resolve bugs, improve app performance, and deliver regular app updates.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of apps to ensure quality, functionality, and reliability.
• Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest mobile app development trends, fintech technologies, and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mobile App Developer, with a strong portfolio of fintech-related mobile apps.
• Proficiency in iOS development using Swift or Objective-C and Android development using Kotlin or Java.
• Solid understanding of mobile app development frameworks, such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
• Experience integrating third-party services, APIs, and payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• Strong understanding of mobile security best practices, encryption, and financial transaction protocols.
• Knowledge of data storage solutions such as SQLite, Core Data, Room Database, or other secure local storage methods.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience working with backend technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Firebase, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering quality and user-centric solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on fintech applications, mobile banking, or payment systems.
• Familiarity with financial regulations, such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and other data privacy standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in Agile development methodologies.
