Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to increase online presence.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Assist with organizing events, webinars, and promotions to engage with potential clients.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing performance.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
