Role Overview
We are looking to recruit an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong track record of using social media to promote a business, run high-performing ads, grow followership rapidly, and monetize multiple platforms. This role requires both creative and analytical thinking, with a clear focus on results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Drive rapid and organic follower growth using proven growth tactics
- Plan and oversee content calendars, campaigns, and launches
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum ROI
- Implement monetization strategies (lead generation, sales funnels, subscriptions, partnerships, ads, etc.)
- Manage community engagement and brand voice across platforms
- Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and best practices
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience managing and growing business-focused social media accounts
- Strong expertise in paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to grow followership quickly and sustainably
- Experience monetizing social platforms (sales, leads, brand deals, or ads)
- Strong understanding of analytics, insights, and reporting
- Creative mindset with solid copywriting and content planning skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with brands or agencies
- Knowledge of content funnels, influencer collaborations, and conversion optimization
- Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools is a plus)
