We are recruiting for a maritime startup company seeking committed, full-time sales personnel to join their growing team.

This role is office-based and commission-driven. It is suitable for individuals who are confident communicators, internet-savvy, and results-oriented.

Office is located along LASU / Isheri Road

Work Structure

• Full-time
• Basic Pay + Commission
• Onsite (office work only)

Responsibilities

• Cold-calling prospective clients
• Online research and lead generation
• Reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and digital platforms
• Following up on leads and maintaining basic records
• Supporting sales, marketing and business development activities

⚠️ This role does NOT involve going out physically to look for clients.

Ideal Candidates

• Comfortable with cold-calling and online prospecting
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Reliable, disciplined, and willing to grow with a startup
• Previous marketing or sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory
