Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for a high level executive in Lagos. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities, managing schedules, and facilitating effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the executive office.
- Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and conferences.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as reporting, filing, and record-keeping.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello.
- Experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
- Knowledge of cloud-based storage solutions like Google Drive or OneDrive.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Must have completed NYSC
- Experience in an executive assistant or similar role is a bonus
