BMGA Foundation in partnership of Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) presents the 2024 BMGA Fellows Program, a social impact initiative designed to narrow the gender skills gap among university graduates in Africa and Asia. It is a six-month experiential learning program designed to equip young women with the knowledge, access, and resources required to gain fundamental employability skills that strengthen their marketability for a successful career in the 21st Century.
This fully virtual program supported by the African Leadership College, Giants of Africa, UN Women, African Society of Cambridge University (ASCU), University of Pretoria, University of Lagos, Oxford Africa Society, University of Ibadan, EI Skills Group, Story work International, Gallup, Imperial College Business School, University College London, Sterling Bank, Women at Risk International Foundation (WARIF), and Femme Minty, etc; offers high-level professional development courses, mentorship from graduate students in top global universities, coaching from senior-level executives with international experience, and life skills designed to prepare young women for the future of work.

Eligibility
- Young women from Africa and Asia.
- Final-year university students and early career professionals with not more than three (3) years of post-undergraduate work experience.
- Excellent academic record: Applicants must have graduated top of their class. Final-year students must have a current CGPA equivalent to a B+ [UK grade point system].
- Applicants must speak, write, and read English with proficiency.
- Applicants must have regular access to the internet.
