The Seyu Bickersteth Scholarship Programme is for indigent Nigerian students who are currently admitted into a Federal University in Nigeria.

Eligibility Criteria

• A Provisional admission letter from a Federal University in Nigeria into a four-year course in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Insurance or Finance.
• Minimum score of 230 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)
• Minimum of 5 Distinctions in their WASSCE (including English and Mathematics)
• Only 100 level students at the time of application would be considered.
• Not a beneficiary of other scholarship programmes.

Beneficiaries will Receive:

• Annual financial grant for the 4-year course duration
• Internship opportunities during the holiday or while they are on National Industrial attachment
• Mentorship opportunities and exposure
• Upon completion, candidates will be eligible for consideration to work at any of three firms (KPMG, Leadway Assurance or Andersen Tax) if they graduate with a First Class or Second Class Upper Division Degree.
